Aaron Olivera is generalist entrepreneur with a track record in yacht finance and an avid interest in sustainability, technology, and futurology. Aaron has been living and working in Asia since 2000 and has dabbled in a multitude of industries; from training and development, to publishing, retail, hospitality and yachting.
Aaron was instrumental in the launching of the world’s first Porsche design mega- yacht catamaran – the famed 41 metre RFF-135, helping secure the financing needed to complete and launch it with a hospitality package that forms part of a timesharing program aimed at reducing the ecological footprint of the community of ultra-high net worth individuals.
In 2015, whilst he was in the Maldives developing an ultra-luxury resort, he went for a dive and experienced first hand the devastation and destruction that the human footprint is causing on our environment. He realised that the greatest of luxuries must be our beautiful and delicate planet on which we rely on and went on to found Earth 300, a venture that combines environmental education with technology, art, adventure and exploration.
Aaron believes that with a truly global collaborative approach and access to exponential technologies we have the power to combat climate change and to restore the planet back to its natural equilibrium.
He is a member of the invite-only Monaco Private Label presided over by Prince Albert II of Monaco, and of The Explorers Club (NYC). Aaron is a UK national from Gibraltar. He holds a BSc (Psychology) from the University of Greenwich and an MSc (Organisational Psychology) from the University of Nottingham.
