Gerardo Salazar

Gerardo Salazar is a naval design and marine engineering veteran with an extensive management and technical marine background, including outfitting and cutting edge technology integration.

He is senior quality naval architect with wide experience in design, planning, approval, survey, and management in the g and ship repair industry. Having led vessel construction on over 50 Newbuilds and countless Refits ha has diverse and deep experience dealing with luxury megayachts as well as military vessels.

Gerardo has spent 22 years working and living in Germany holding senior level management positions at Lurssen, where he was Head of Outfitting Design Department for 7 years, and at Blohm+Voss, ThyssenKrupp Marine System, as VP Engineering Outfitting and Interior Design for 8 years.

Currently Gerardo is a Director of Palladium Technologies, a world leader and major technology provider to the worlds largest megayachts.

At Earth 300 he joins as our President and will spearhead all activities under the shipbuilding construction program and ensure that it has the technology required to match the Earth 300 vision.
