Michael Silah

Michael is a Senior Advisor at Wellington Dupont Public Affairs. Previously, he served as a Rear Admiral (RADM) in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Commissioned Corps and the Service’s 11th Director. As Director, RADM Silah led NOAA’s research fleet, aircraft, and diving program while managing a budget of ~$450 million.
